Natural Cures For Joint Disease

Welcome to Natural Cures For Pain. My name is Gale Tern, and I have spent the last 15 years researching and writing about natural cures for chronic pain and disease. My drive to understand pain and disease is driven by the fact that I was once affected by it myself. For years, I suffered pain so severe that I often stayed up in the middle of the night screaming for the agony to stop. I was immobilized to the point that I had to drop many of my most cherished hobbies and activities. But worst of all, I suffered despair at the thought that my symptoms would never go away, that I’d never be cured, that I’d never be free.

Fortunately I ran across some of the best doctors of natural healing around. I learned that there is a natural remedy for just about anything that ails us. And I have used many of those remedies to heal myself, family members and friends. This blog is dedicated to bringing you some of the best information and resources around how to heal chronic pain that is the result of degenerative joint disease and inflammation.

One of the first things you should do is to sign up for my Pain-Free For Life Newsletter. When you sign up you will get instant access to a sneak peak of my program called Cure Your Chronic Pain. Degenerative Joint Disease: Natural Healing Must Be A Mindset

Healing joint disease is a mindset.

If you suffer from degenerative joint disease and have searched the Internet for a cure, you no doubt have run across all kinds of claims. Who can you believe? Well that’s a tough question to answer. As the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. If you are seeking alternative or all-natural solutions for what ails you it can be an even more daunting task. The claims for cures are often incredible and laughable. Does that mean none exists? Of course not.

As someone who writes about alternative treatments I sometimes receive letters from people who call me a fraud. They say things like, “Well if you really have a cure for degenerative joint disease, why don’t you give it away free? Why don’t you admit that there are no cures?” This is how I usually respond to such accusations if I respond at all.

I have spent many years researching alternative cures and I even use them in my own life to achieve better health. Don’t you think that I should be paid for my work? You pay doctors to treat your symptoms as well as big drug companies and you pay them big bucks. Yet you do not even question what they provide in exchange for your money. They have provided you no cure but do you condemn them as charlatans after you have forked over your hard-earned money? The side effects of conventional treatments are often serious if not fatal.

Why isn’t the public in uproar over the fact that over 100,000 people are killed by modern medicine every year; and another 2 million maimed or disabled by it. As expressed nicely by Dr. Ronald Grisanti, “If a Jumbo Jet crashed and killed 280 people everyday… 365 days a year… year after year… would you be concerned about flying? Would you question the Federal Aviation Administration? Would you demand answers?” Modern medicine has killed that many people each year, yet there is no public outrage at doctors or modern medicine.

And with regard to fraud, we all get scammed. You, me, and everyone over the age of 18 has been the target of con men at one time or another. But that doesn’t mean that I condemn the world because I got cheated. It just means that I exercise more care when dealing with some people.

My natural healing program comes with a guarantee, which means you get your money back if it does not live up to your expectations or my promises. But what is a person’s health worth? If what I offer cures your ailment what is it worth to you? I can’t command anyone to try what I offer. That is their choice. I would rather they look over my research, call my work crap, and request a refund than suggest that I am a schemer, a con artist.

I then end my response with a cordial salutation. I understand that people don’t want to be conned. I understand that no one should be offering false hope to people who are ill and desperately looking for a cure to their problem. The thing is however, we only have two choices. Get busy living or get busy dying. That’s a quote from the movie Shawshank Redemption. In other words, we can give up and suffer in silence or continue to seek out a solution for what ails us. And all this gets me back to natural healing.

True natural healing techniques are not a gimmick. They are a way of life. A way of changing your life. There is no magic bullet in natural healing. Although there are some natural remedies that can work very quickly, most of them take time. They take time because natural healing requires your body to heal itself. You supply your body what it needs and your body does the rest. The key to getting great results from natural healing methods is consistency.

Unlike conventional medicine where you take a pill and you feel something right away(even if that something is a dangerous side effect), natural healing requires your personal engagement. For example, if you are drinking powerful, herbal teas you will need to be consistent in drinking at least 2 to 3 cups a day. If you are taking superfoods, you must be consistent in order to get the optimal effect from the nutrients. Plant medicine and super nutrients must be in your system at rather constant levels for them to do the most good. And one other thing. In natural healing, what works for some may not work for you. So you may have to try different techniques, different nutrients, different natural medicines until you get your desired results.

Don’t think you can be cavalier about your health regimen. You must take your health into your hands. And that means establishing a regimen and following through with it until you get the desired effects. Don’t be like a lot of folk who complain that nothing works. Natural healing does work. I am living testimony to it. Follow through. Stay with your program. You will get better! You most likely were not born with degenerative joint disease which means that it was acquired. Find the source of the problem and you can cure it.
